The publications listed below date from my consulting career at Battelle and Arthur D. Little. My work with private manufacturing companies, restaurants and law firms for example is highly confidential in nature. I have authored numerous technical reports and memorandums on behalf of my clients along with several expert reports in patent litigation and personal injury cases. However, the confidential nature of my work with these types of clients does not allow publication in journals or at conferences.
